Water Hardness Testing Kit

Place your water sample into the tumbler to the 10ml mark

Add one drop – If turns blue – the your water is soft

If colour is purple or plum – the water is hard.

Add more drops to the sample until it turns blue. Keep count of the total number of drops

Each drop is 20 ppm (Parts per Million) so you can calculate your total hardness in seconds.

If your softener setting is set to degrees clark instead of ppm we include a conversion chart with this purchase

Each test kit has approx 250 drops so this kit is very economical compared to tablet tests and strip test kits
