- Tortoise formula should be fed moistened.
- Normally tortoise feed from dawn till dusk, though often ignoring food during the warmest hours of the day.
- Feed as much as the tortoise can consume in 12 hours.
- Fresh fruit and vegetables may be mixed if so desired. Remove any uneaten food on a daily basis.
